Trafalgar Square is a square in central London, England. With its position in the heart of London, it is a tourist places, and one of the most famous squares in the United Kingdom and the world. At its centre is Nelson's Column, which is protect by four lion statues. Statues and sculptures are represent in the square, including a fourth plinth displaying changing pieces of contemporary art. The square is also used as a location for political demonstrations and community gatherings, such as the celebration of New Year's Eve in London

Baker Street region of London is probably the only place in London, which each of us knows with school bench. This place is densely populated in our memories on the history of the famous detective stories of Sherlock Holmes. Here is the famous wax museum Madame Tussauds and London Planetarium. Street was named in honor of the builder William Baker. Originally there was a residence for upper-class, but today at Baker Street in the mainly located commercial and retail properties. In 1835, at Baker Street was opened the first permanent exhibition museum Madame Tussauds. In 1884 the museum moved, and now is around the corner, on Marylebone Road. Many famous literary and cartoon characters lived in Baker Street: Sherlock Holmes, a secret agent King Mouse, Sexton Blake, The Great Mouse Detective, James Blake.

Buckingham Palace is the official London residence of the British monarch. Located in the City of Westminster, the palace is a setting for state occasions and royal hospitality. It has been a rallying point for the British people at times of national rejoicing and crisis.

The Ballroom is the largest room at Buckingham Palace. It was added by Queen Victoria and is used for ceremonies such as investitures and state banquets. This picture dates from 1856. The polychrome colour scheme has been replaced by mainly white decoration with gold details and red upholstery.

Oxford Street (born Oxford Street) - London's streets, one of the main streets of Westminster. The busiest shopping street (548 stores), known mainly for its fashionable shops. Begins at Westminster in Marble Arch (north-east corner of Hyde Park) and leads to the east towards Holborn. Was formerly part of London-Oxford Road, which took back to Newgate. Today, part of the highway A40.

Tower the Tower of London (born Her Majesty's Royal Palace and Fortress, Tower of London) - fortress, built on the north bank of the River Thames, the historic center of London. One of the oldest historic buildings of Great Britain, has long served as the residence of British monarchs. Today the Tower is both a historical monument and museum on the list of objects belonging to the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Madame Tussauds is a wax museum in London with branches in a number of major cities. It was founded by wax sculptor Marie Tussaud and was formerly known as "Madame Tussaud's", but the apostrophe is no longer used (though it still appears in some signage at the New York location). Madame Tussauds is a major tourist attraction in London, displaying waxworks of historical and royal figures, film stars, sports stars and famous murderers.

Natural History Museum - one of the three major museums, located on the street, Exhibition Road in South Kensington. The collection includes more than 70 million exhibits on botany, zoology (including entomology), mineralogy and paleontology. The name of the theater, "Globe", is typically associated with one of three theaters in London: The original Globe Theatre, built in 1599 year at the expense of the troupe of actors Lord Chamberlain's Men, to which Shakespeare belonged, and destroyed by fire June 29, 1613.
